My honda 13hp riding lawnmower will not start I bought a new sparkplug but that didnthelp I don't know what to do?

Pull the plug wire and remove the plug, reintsall the wire and let the plug tough the engine block to be grounded. Turn your key and tell us if you see a good blue spark on the tip of the plug. If you have agood spark then we should check the fuel, start by draining what you have and remove the bowl. Refill with freshly bought fuel, did it help?
