The book I have been looking to re-read for some time now has the basic plot line of a girl getting married to a guy that is pretending to be "fat" and unattractive. His fat appearance is do to padding that he wares. He then sleeps next to his wife in this hot unconvertible padding. He's doing this for keep his identity a secrete.

He falls in love with his wife, and tries to seduce her by dressing in black and showing up at her window. She has however fallen in love with her "real" husband, that is pretending to be fat, and won't give him the time of day when he comes to her window at night. I believe his name is like Alexander or Anthony, not sure though.

That's not all of the plot but its what I remember. Please help if you can, I have been wanting to re-read this book for a very long time and I can't find it anywhere. I have asked this questing on many different sites and hope this one works! Thank you for your time. ^___^
