Dear Expert,
We have a Hamptom Bay Ceiling fan which we purchased three years ago. It has a remote sensor and automatically turns on depending on the temperature differential. Recently it stopped working. Nothing I do with the remote control will make the fan operate. It has a light, but this still works. How do I go about checking to see if there is something loose, wrong, burned out in the fan motor?
Regards,
