hello my name is Shaun and I saw this today and had to have it. I'm wondering can anyone tell me what year and where it came from? Maybe what its use is and value? The only marking it has is the arnel's at the bottom. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks.

It looks like an urn to me.

I googled arnels, a ton of links came up. Apparently it's quit popular.

Sadly my computer is being slow so I didn't have a chance to check out any of the sites.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate it. No matter what I'm keeping it. I got it at a pawnshop in winnipeg, it was marked $25 and I asked her to take $20 and she said yes. Sweet! The 8 different figures and the color are what caught my attention. Thanks again!
