My daughter and her fiance' are wanting to make a new life together here in Ohio. My daughter has already transferred her felony probation here. She is 6 months pregnet and the father is also wanting to transfer up her before the baby is here. My question is.. will they beable to live together? Is this up to the probation officer or does it need to go in front of the judge?

It is normally up to the PO of both of them, both of tiher PO will have to agree and they should get it in writing.
If the PO does not agree, they will have to get an attorney and take it to the judge

Hello:
If they're not married, they won't be able to live together. If they ARE, the PO can't stop 'em.

However, once the baby is born, if they are both the legal parents, its entirely possible that the PO still can't stop them (legally anyway)

If she is on probation and he is a felon not on probation, no they can't live together until she is off probation. I had a friend in Ohio who lived with a convicted felon for many years. She got a felony conviction and was on probation. Her PO told her that the boyfriend had to move elsewhere. She refused. She got violated and sat in jail for 6 months. She had to spend a large sum of money on an attorney to get it straightened out but she still had to sit in jail for 6 months. This was in Medina County, Ohio.
I don't recommend them living together under the same roof until she is off probation. Pregnant or not it does not matter to the PO.
