In Economics and I have a paper to do. I have to select an organization, and summarize the factors that affect labor supply and demand.

I selected McDonald's as the organization and next I have to summarize the factors and I am lost as to whether they want to know the factors of production or is there some other factors of labor supply and demand that I am missing some where.

What are labor supply and demand? Isn't labor the workers? Production is what they do.

What factors affect the supply of workers? I can think of a bunch of things.
