Hi I am on H1b currently which is valid till Sept 2010. I applied for Transfer of H1b to company B on 18th April where my COmpany A applied for revocation of my H1B on 28th April. COmpany A has not received a confirmation et that my H1B has been revoked.Company B has terminated my Job on 2nd June but has not yet applied for revocation of H1B.They told me that they can wait for one or two weeks before applying for revocation.

1. Can I go on H4(My wife is on H1B) while my H1B is on pending State?
2. DO I need to step out of country for H4 Stamping?
3. AM I out of Status?

Can someone please answer this Question..
