My husband and I have been trying to conceive now. This would be our second child. I was getting pregnancy signs and my boobs hurt really bad I've never felt them hurt that way. So I thought I was pregnant since I was getting nausea and felt very tired as well. I get my period every 28 days so I take a pregnancy test the morning I was suppose to get my period. It was negative. Later in the evening I get my period. I usually have cramps and feel when my period is coming. It was very very light especially on my first day I tend to be heavy and for the 3 days it was extremely light. I still have all these symptons and I especially have very bad mood swings.

You can try another pregnancy test or confirm it with a blood test at the doctor's office. Implantation bleeding/continuing to menstrate through pregnancy is rare, but it can happen. Your emotions/hopes can also cause your system to be less than regular.

Good luck to you.

With my first born, I didn't find out I was pregnant till almost my fourth month, I was young so my periods were still sort of out of wack at age 19. I went to the doctor after I missed my period... I had 2 periods (or what seemed like periods) before I knew that I was almost four months along! With the help of an ultra sound of course. So, it can happen but I have yet to hear about many in the same position as I was in back then. Good luck!

Yes, you culd be pregnant. I also didn't know I was pregnant with my first child until I was 4 months along. My husband and I were trying, I was still getting my period every month and every pregnancy test I took came back negative. Go to the doctors and get a blood test. That's the only way to know for sure. Good Luck!
