Hi,
My current rental property has implemented a new parking pass policy. I have been living here for almost 1 yr and paying my rent on time. They initially gave me a parking pass but now that the new policy has been put into place they are denying me a parking pass because on the registration on my car it is under my mom's name and they say she has to come up here and sign the paperwork for a parking decal. My mother is in GA so driving 6 hrs to sign a piece of paper is unreasonable. Also, I have a frequent noise problem that I have reported many times and nothing has been done about it. Can these issues allow me to break my lease and be free from financial obligation, since in my opinion they have not kept up their part of the agreement?
