Received a summons complaint by Mann Bracken LLP, attorneys/collection agency for HSBC. Filed my answer to the summons and also filed an interrogatories and request for production of documents. If they fail to respond, I plan on filing a Motion to Compel. What happens if the fail to respond to that motion? Do I file a Motion to Dismiss? And what if they do respond the Motion to Compel, what do I do then??

If they fail to respond to the motion to compel, you might as well file the motion to dismiss. If they don't produce the documents, they are essentially giving up since they cannot win anyway.

If they do respond... you get yourself a nice suit and get ready to go to court. Or settle.
