I'm in Texas as a credit card Company just won a judgement against me. What happens nest? How do they find my bank accounts and what can I do to protect what few assets I have?

It doesn't matter HOW they find your accounts... just that they will. You protect your assets by arranging a payment plan with them or by getting used to living using nothing but cash for the next 20 years.

Even though Texas does not allow garnishments of wages the judgement can allow your bank assets to be frozen , and as far as setting up a payment plan that should have been done before the judgement was entered because now the company has little reason to work with you. If you have any money in the bank they will find it

The time to set up a payment plan is long past, but you can try now.

You take all the money out of any bank accounts and pay cash only or money orders for everything
