Have anyone seen this website Home (http://www.thehelpdisk.com) ? Because I did and I was asking myself if it was true to find someone like that in our real life.
If anyone did please give me some input.

What specifically do you want to know.
Many organizations say they are there to help but then they only reach out to a select few.

The site looks too generalized to me to say anything about it.
