I have Nutone's central vacuum system. The model number is: CV-353W. I have assured there is power to the unit, but neither the switch on the motor nor the in-house hose inserts will turn the motor on. I have looked for the reset switch, but other than a small black circular thing attached with a screw-on ring, I find nothing to reset. I have pushed around on that in desperation, but still nothing.

What now? Is there a Nutone repair service in The Villages, Florida, 32162? Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks.

Verify power to the outlet.
Open wiring to the inserts should not stop the switch on the motor.
