Ok. I have a cabin that has new electrical wiring. The two hots coming from the meter go directly to 8 RV hookups then to the cabin. A few days ago the electric was working fine, then I went down to turn the hot water heater on (at the breaker box in the cabin) and noticed there was no electricity at all. The voltage coming from the meter shows 240 and the voltage coming from the last RV hookup to the house shows 240, but in the breaker box in the house there is only 58 volts coming of one main feeder wire and 28 volts of the other. Not even enough to turn on a light. I can't possibly see how there could be a break in the wire under ground because it's all new. There has to be some simple explanation as to what's going on because it was all working fine the other day.
