I have a model 153-7758 White- Rogers Themostat and I cannot find the directions or manual to reprogram. Somehow it got screwed up and it now goes to 71 degrees when I turn on A/C.

I've tried all different things but they don't work -- I Need a new Programming Instructions.

Please e-mail Programming Instructions for the White Rogers model 153-7758 to me

Thanks

The model number you posted is not listed by White Rodgers. It has a wrong format.

White Rodgers uses this format for all thermostats EXAMPLE (1F73-174 (http://www.white-rodgers.com/wrdhom/common/ptech/thermo/info_list_ms.htm#1F73-174))

I found the same number on my thermostat. I found it very frustrating. I finally found out where to find the model number. You have to take off the cover off. Inside the back part of the panel it gives the programming instructions and the model type. Mine was a 1F80-51. Yours is probably the same. Good luck. :D
