My daughter is 16 years old and is pregnant. Her boyfriends parents have moved and changed the number I had. I have been asking my daughter and her boyfriend to meet with his parents to discuss the pregnancy and all I have been getting is the run around.
Where can I find what I am responsible for regarding my daughter as a minor in va.
Things like visitation, child support etc?

Your daughter is entitled to child support. You are not. She has to go to Court when the child is born, the Court will do DNA testing, support will be granted. The father is entitled to visitation - if he asks for it.
At what age (or ages) did the sexual relationship begin? That could also be a consideration if your wish is to apply some pressure here.
Otherwise this is one of those situations where, if you can afford it, I'd have an Attorney send the father AND his parents a letter NOW, explaining his responsibilities - and theirs (if they have any). An Attorney can find them.
Unfortunately you are pretty much out of the equation, other than as the mother of the mother.

You are responsible for your daughter the same way you were before she got pregnant.
I don't understand what the question is. Child support is paid to her by the father. She (presumably) has custody so visitation is something the father has to request through court.
Im not sure what needs to be discussed about the pregnancy with the father's parents.
