I plan to marry later this year. My fiancé is paying alimony, computed on his income. When we marry, can his ex-wife ask for an increase in her alimony based upon my income and resources? She doesn't/cannot/won't work so her alimony is all she has for income. She has refused to become educated etc. ♦

Depends on where you live. Most places, probably not.

Easy question and easy answer: No. Absolutely not. Your fiance's former spouse cannot seek an increase in support based upon your income. (Cal. Fam. Code Section 4323(b); see also In re Marriage Romero (2002) 99 Cal. App. 4th 1436.)
So, don't worry about it.
