1.Under what status she should come to USA. Shall change the status of H4 visa to FI. Kindly advice me?
2. Also tell me what are the states does not require State License to practice as a Doctor. Whether she is eligible to get loans from US banks under F1 status ?
3. Whether she will be getting any salary or assistance during the residence period

1. She should apply for F-1 from the US consulate.
2. Doctors, nurses, and all healthcare personnel require state issued licenses.
3. Student loans are normally not offered to foreign students. If she seeks financial aid, she should apply for scholarship and after she is granted a scholarship, the she can apply for J-1 visa.
Holders of student visas are not allowed to work in US, except on campus job not exceed 20 hours a week.
