Is there any on-call 24-7 service someone can recommend for those quick computer questions that seem to crop up when I tackle any new project in Word, Excel, or Photoshop and would really like just a few minutes of phone support?

This place can be a valuable resource for free computer advice/support.

If you want to pay... Geek Squad is the biggest one that I know of. I have never used any support company like that but I imagine they must be pretty good.

There are a variety of them out there. Some are FREE.. some are not.

There's no FREE Lunch or Computer Help that's worth anything.
