I have a swollen tube under the head of my penis, it kind of looks like a vein but I don't know what it is. It's been limiting the blood flow to the head of my penis. I'm not sure how I got this, but please help me find out what it is and what I can do to cure it?

This might be a silly question but you're not talking about the thick tube-like structure running along the bottom of your penis through which urine and semen flow out the end? I know that after I've had an erection that this tube can appear alarmingly distended. Just thought I'd seek clarification.

Its like swollen only under my head and its all the way around the circumference of my penis it's a like a blown up intertube under my head about an 1/8.

It limit blood flow to the head of my penis also and sometimes it cause a little bit of pain

It looks like a huge blown up circular vein but I don't know what it is

Someone please help me and tell me what to do
