When installing a cultured marble shower in a new house do I need to spread thinset on the floor for the base if it sits level on it's own or can I use something else to fix it in place. I plan to use Hardy Backer cement board on the walls , what is the best adhevise to use to install the cultured marble walls to the cement board?

Hello - did you ever receive an answer to your question? I have the same question about a cultured marble shower pan and walls but we are installing on a cement floor. Put down level quick last night but the floor is still not entirely level. There were no instructions to this unit.
