I have been having difficuilties paying off a credit card, and stupid I know, I tried burying my head in the sand and thinking I will make a payment next month.
Now the credit card company has recalled all the debit which is in its thousands, is this allowed?

If you are severely behind in paying a credit card, as you say you buried your head in the sand, yes, of course they can. They want their money and they will say or do anything to get it. Call them and set up a payment plan NOW before they sell the debt to a collection agency.

Ignoring them will only make it worse,You have to face this head on and with a positive attitude, Try calling and work out a payment plan, but if you do be sure you get it in writing and then make sure you keep up your end. These cc companies will have no trouble taking you to court and getting a judgement against you and then they will clean out your bank accounts and if your state allows garnish your wages
