I'm 15 years and I want to lose weight but what is a good way I'm 187 pounds 4'3 I need help

Just healthy eating.. plenty of fruit and veg.
Cut down on the sugar and fat.
Exercise.

Have balanced meals, chew your food well until it is nearly liquid in your mouth, have lots of fruits, have exercise (swimming I think is best)
