Dudes I need an answer on total wattage per circuit. I got a 30 amp dedicated circuit with 4200 watts 0f regular lighting with about a little over a hundred feet of rope lights not led. The wiring is ten gauge stranded, am I overloaded?

Right off the bat you are in trouble. You CANNOT have general lighting on a 30A circuit, even if it is wired with #10.
NEC 210.23(B) covers this.

Also, 4200 watts @ 120v is around 35 amps. That is also a big issue if you even turn it all on at the same time.
I have NO idea what 100' of rope light draws.

You really need to break up this circuit and put it on 15 or 20 amp breakers.
