I Just ran the dishwasher with the door open (wife not home to see... ) There is water coming out the bottom agitator and it is spinning slowly. The middle agitator has water coming out but it not spinning. THere is no water coming out the top agitator at all.

Where to start?.

I did not hear back from anyone so I fixed it myself. Since some water was getting to the bottom arm, a little to middle and not to the top I figured it must be clogged somewhere so I took apart the lower half under the bottom arm and cleaned it out really well, down to the pump. After putting back together it's working great.
