My wife has to children from to previous relationships the one father was a one night stand she doesn't know his name an it was 12 yrs ago the second child is from a guy she was with for 3 months.The 1st child's father doesn't know she exist because of one night stand the second child's father left an has never been in contact or doesn't want to but was ordered to pay child support he doesn't.He has never been in contact with my wife sense he left an every time child support finds him in other state he quits job moves an so on.So what would I have to do to adopt these to children an go about it

You have to make every attempt to locate both fathers and have them sign legal consents.

If you cannot serve personally, then the Court will give you an Order which will allow you to serve by publication (in a newspaper).

Every State has its own rules when the father is unknown.
