I purchased a 15' AG round pool from Harrows (Long Island, New York) in 1997. I now need to replace the top rails because they are rusted and corroded. There are 10 sections that need to be replaced. They are 6" wide. All I have is the Model name of the pool which is Eldorado, but I am unsure of the manufacturer. Again, this pool was made for Harrows. I hope there is someone who can help me. Thanks.

Contact Harrows and check to see if they still have records from 97. They should also be helpful getting replacement parts. http://www.harrows.com/contact.html

I do not want to seem ungrateful for your answer, but your suggestion was my first line of defense. I have already contacted Harrows and they were no help. My question to this board was my LAST resort as it seems there isn't anyone that I have come across with this kind of knowledge. I was hoping that someone out there would have a better answer for me. I am still hoping...

I have had no luck finding replacement rails. Like I said previously, Harrows was absolutely no help and does not carry my brand of pool any longer. I have contacted different manufactures and all give me the same bullsh*t reply. I even went to my local pool supplier and asked if he could find me replacements. He was unable to find replacements even when I gave him the EXACT measurements. Also, just as a side note, even if I was able to find the replacement rails, they would be very expensive to replace according to my local pool guy (about $40 apiece).
I wound up "fixing" the rails myself with some heavy duty waterproof duct tape and reinforced the edges with a stiffener. I then spray painted the rails with matching Rustoleum and let dry a day before reinstalling the rails. It is not the "perfect" fix, but it does look decent and should last the season and the entire project only cost me about $20 in materials and paint.
I am not sure this fix will work for you as it sounds as if your problem is worse than mine. If your brackets are rusted as well, you may just have to replace your pool with a new one. Good luck.
