I have a bolo tie that has a cluster design with matching tips. It has the signature of J & E Wilson. I just want to know from someone in the industry if they are Navajo or Zuni.

That is the mark of Joe and Eunice Wilson, he is Zuni and she is Navajo. Frequently when it is his work the hallmark is on a raised plate.
