Do you use it how instructed consistently? It could be that you're not using it properly (like if it says wash twice a day and you only wash your face a couple times a week with it.). Or maybe that's just not the right product for you. I personally prefer noxzema over neutrogena. Or there's a brand called AcneFree thatworks well too. Everyone's skin is different though and you may have to try a few face washes before you find the best one for you. You can also try different acne spot treatments.
