Law office sent me notice of a judgement against me and wants personal info about my assets to establish a payment plan. Should I give them the info or just offer a payment? I'm not sure what the debt is for; most likely a very old credit card debt, companies kept buying the account from each other. In which case, is it possible it's past its statue of limitations in MO? I own a home, older truck, bank account which my wages direct deposit to. Can they now take these? I need advice on what to do next. Thanks!

First, you don't give them any info until they prove the judgement is yours. Second, if they have obtained a judgement, then the SOL not longer applies.

You are not required to provide them any info unless ordered to by a court. If the court orderes you to give them your employer and bank account info, they can probably attach the bank account and may be able to garnish your wages.
