What? The Judgment, depending on your State, is "usually" good for 10 years, renewable for another 10. There is no limit on the dollar amount of a Judgment.

Is that what you are asking?

The judgement is for the full amount you owed, plus all of the legal costs and the such,

Depending on the state, they may attach all of the money in the bank. And garnish a percent of your check, ( that amount varies some states none others more, 25percent is a average

I am from Georgia. I had a SBA loan from bank. I can't make a payment from last 2 years. Now last year sep 2008 Bank won the case in court. They got the judgement against me, my corporation. My house is collateral with this loan.
Bank haven't contact me yet. I try to settle this case with some money. They don't respond anything on this matter. So in this case what will happen. I don't want to loose my house or business.
Can you please advise me.

Then call and talk to them seriously,
With a judgement they may do it,
If local, go down and talk to them in person
