Hey everyone, this has been driving me crazy! There was a preview for a horror/suspense movie that came out a few years ago that I keep thinking about and I was hoping someone would know the name of it. It involves a teenage boy who leaves a house party one summer night and is walking down a road in the woods when he is murdered. His ghost then haunts a girl in his high school, trying to tell her who it was who killed his so that she can solve the mystery and avenge his death. I know it is pretty vague but it looked like a really great movie and I would be so so so happy if anyone could help me out with this! :) thanks

The previews were extremely misleading. It was quite different, much more moody and slow, than the trailer promised.
