I recently (April 11,2009) amended my tax return and was wondering where I can go to see if it has been processed . Also the same for my state tax.

IRS takes 8 to 12 weeks to process the amended tax return. You must wait for minimum 8 weeks before calling IRS about the status of your return. This info is not available online.
