Hi. I keep getting a bluescreen. When I go into normal mode it shuts down and then reboots, andit kees doing this. I have tried to install my system recovery disk but this does not seem to work either. Any suggestions or solvers welcome.

There are so many possibilities that I can't answer your question. It appears that you can boot into safe mode but you can't reinstall the operating system. Have you tried a clean reinstall (reformatting the hard disk at the same time?) If you can't do this, then it's very likely a hardware error. This may be a hard drive error (replacing the hard drive would fix it); a chip set error (requiring replacing the motherboard) or a CPU error (requiring replacing the CPU). It could also be something like the keyboard or mouse controller circuitry throwing errors.

I have a Lenovo laptop that does something very similar. I disabled the touchpad in the BIOS and only use an external mouse. This allows me to work without problems. However, the touchpad is throwing some sort of error that causes my machine to freeze or to reboot. You might try getting into the BIOS and turning off the touchpad, serial ports, etc and see if that solves the problem. If it does, at least you know where the problem lies.
