1. How do we get the disposal cost sample for fluorescent tubes?
Anyone can help or give me sample, better for an industrial use.

Not sure what you mean by "sample".

If you are looking for recycling costs for lamps, you can try electrical distributors, most if not all are providing the service.

The fee is about $0.12 per foot of tube, plus fee for cartons. Containers, labels, etc.

You can also try Grainger's:
Grainger Industrial Supply (http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/productIndex.shtml?L2=Recycling+Kits&operator=prodIndexRefinementSearch&originalValue=lamp+recycle&L1=Fluorescent+Lamp)

Where are you located? Your local trash pick up is the place to ask this IMO.

We use WM and they have this info right on their web site.

WM is the company Waste Management. One of the biggest in the US.

I have absolutely no idea about anything in the Philippines. Sorry I can't be of any help.
