Or it may be a totally different date, It will be the "billing" date of your plan, you may have started mid cycle and the cycle ends on the 10th or the 15th.

You will have to call your phone company and ask them.

250 in a month is not much, you get 5 received and 5 sent, that is 10 a day, 30 days a month you have 300.
