I want to start a company in afganistan. There use to be war going on and not much companies are there. Not much competition. I have some ideas like soap, tea, toilet paper company. But I need help on how to start it. What do I need to do first.

Let the war get over is a real good idea, but where are you at, if you are an American it is very dangerous and not safe at this time. But you contact their immigration, get permits, visa to enter and do business.

Then you decide the business and go for it, post war is a real good time to start a business.
You could get in on the ground floor. I would see this area as a good business investment area.
