Hello having a problem wit thinning hair and trying to prevent it.what should be done?

No but lift weight and got long dreadlocks down to the floor

And you are thinning... Perhaps the dreadlocks are too tight and they are pulling hair out. There is nothing that you can do to prevent that except to shave them off..
