I would like to know what size feeder wire do I need to run to a new CH 125 amp sub panel located 165' max a way from the main panel. I will have a small 110 welder and some day a 220 welder, running small tools, air comp. lights in the shop and a stove for an out side kitchen.

It depends on what breaker you intend to use to supply the sub panel. For what you plan on using, a 100 amp breaker in the main with #0 would suffice.

Sorry to say they do not make a #0 wire size. If you are burying the wire directly in the ground to your sub panel then you can use #2 Quadplex

No. 0 wire is commonly called 1/0, or "one ought."
No. 00 wire is 2/0, 000 is 3/0 and 0000 is 4/0 respectively (spoken "two ought," three ought," and "four ought.")
