My instructor at school told us that when a baby turns 2 years old they are exactly half the height they will be when they are adults? Well if that is true that means my son who is 36 inches at age 30 month will be at least 5'11" and im 5 ' and his dad is 5'5" so can he take after my uncles who are all at least 6 feet? Or is that not even a good way to look at it because my instructor says lots of crazy things

What you were told is an estimate. There is no way to tell how tall they will be until they grow up.

I didn't think so like I said crazy instructor! She will say stuff like that and say that is the 100% way there's nothing else

LOL, if that were the case my 15 year old would be 7 feet tall.

Now, not to dismiss this, there is some evidence that it may work. But it is still all just a guessing game.

Yea that's what I thought-just like when she said it's a 100% proven fact that you can't tell a child's sex by the face on any baby in the whole world until they are 5.. well I'm sorry but you do not agree on that... some of them have such girly or boyish features when they are babies she says that every baby looks like both sexes.. 100% proven fact.. I think she says stuff like that so we won't have room to argue with her.. because we do lol we also argued with her when she said there's no such thing as women having testosterone in their bodies? Well I guess one student was on some hormone therapy and tried to prove her wrong.. she wasn't having that.. so again with the 100% proven fact women can't have testosterone in their bodies.. I don't know lol shes' crazy she makes my mind go nuts

Oh, geez, this woman should be barred from teaching. Everyone knows women have testosterone, just as men have a certain percentage of estrogen.
