I have read the owner's manual and done everything it says, but unable to correct the balance on the highest and next to highest settings. I tried to call the number for the service dept at Hampton Bay Fan Co. and it is a constant busy. This is an older model fan. Any suggestions or do I just live with it? Thank You.
