My husband and I are filing for divorce. We have been separated for almost 3 years, but living in the same house for the last 2 of them.

My father passed away recently leaving me a little money in life insurance (11k), stocks (3k), bank account (6K). My uncle also took care of his finances for a while and gave me a check for (8k).

My husband makes a very good living. Very good. I work full time but only make apx (12 per hour).

Will I have to split my inheritance with my husband?

Unlikely since the split of property is of joint property and you came into that after your separation.
