My ex and I signed a lease-purchase agreement in June of 2007. It will end this year in September. I broke up with him about a year ago and haven't lived there since.

My name is still on the lease and I was wondering if it remains there until September, will the title to the house also have my name on it?

The purchase will happen independent of the lease... So, I doubt whether you'll be a landowner.

So he is still living there? A lot depends on the wording of the contract. You may have to sign a release, allowing him to purchase the property on his own.
