My wife & I have been married for 9 years, we have tried the doctors who have done the tests and there's nothing wrong with us, so we have been trying to get pregnant but haven't been successful. There is one option that is available which involves impregnating her egg & my sperm outside her & then implating the fertilised egg, but we can't afford this procedure & even if we do try to raise the money its not 100% guaranteed that we will stay pregnant.
We have been trying real hard, having intercourse at least every day when she's ovulating but I must say it is really hard especially when we'v had a long day & not in the mood for sex.
Is there any safe medication for helping increase my sperm, & our libidos? Should we try a specific Position? I have noticed that when in the missionary position my sperm always comes out of her, is this normal? Should I try even more deeper penetration Positions?
Any advice will be appreciated?

Go to a local drug store and get one of those "ovulation tests". It will help you know when your wife is at her Peak fertility. I know that it helped a friend who tried for 7 years to get pregnant.
Most of the sperm that you see coming out, is not even Half of what is ejaculated, and it only takes One sperm.

Also tell your wife to avoid getting up immediaetly after sex and try putting a pillow beneath her theighs which creates a pivet so your swimmers can get a boost or head start

If you've BOTH been tested, and recently (it's amazing how fast problems can happen), then your DOCTOR should have told you how to chart ovulation and how to have sex just BEFORE ovulation happens. And then every 12 hours for the next 4-5 days.
Is she taking her BBT every morning? Have you charted ovulation?
The other thing you have to do---and believe me, I know how hard this is--is RELAX. I know, right? It's like having a pink elephant in your living room and people tell you not to look at or think about the pink elephant.
BUT
If you're thinking about a baby every flipping time you have sex, you're not going to get pregnant.
Sometimes I swear the only way to get pregnant is to live with your parents, have no job, have no personal means of support, use birth control stupidly, and be in school. Seems to me like every unplanned pregnancy that ends up as a welfare check started that way.

Frankly, it sounds like you are trying too hard.
As stated before, use an ovulation predictor.
Try this... How to use the Maybe Baby ovulation Predictor Microscope and how to Understand the Readings (http://www.maybebaby.com.au/_how_does_maybe_baby_work.php)
This is on ovulation prediction microscope it's about $70 here in Australia. It works by looking at a woman's saliva , there are crystals when she is ovulating-thats when you need to knowthis is specific to your woman's body chemistry-there really is no "prediction" per se.
Cheers, and good luck.
