HI I have an issue my new bathroom done by a contractor is has a large shoer . I want to put a glass wall with a door form top to bottom however it is not square . It is compltely tiled and finished. What is the best way to deal with this issue.

The glass will be the front wall. There are three sides to the shower. The opening is off by 2 inches at the top. The idea was to have a glass wall with a door. Doesthat help.

So lets say it is 80 inches high and 90 inches wide at the top and 78 inches wide at the bottom

It is actually 2 inches out at the top from the bottom. I was thinking the glass could be made for the top across and then 3 panels one door and two sides. . So the top across is 80 wide and the bottom is 78 it is 90 inches high on both sides . Does that make more sense.

Okay I have measureed it all I

It is 63 " across the top and bottom 93" high athe ends and middle. There is a bit of a wow in the top left hand side. Yet the top and bottom are the same length . However they are not square . I am wondering if I could buiild an additional piece on the left hand side to square it. I don't know I though I could have a custom glass place figure it out but they say no it would have to be square completley

Lets start from scratch. U have given so many different measurements, don't know what to look at.

Measure across bottom.

Measure across middle.

Measure across top.

Measure down left side.

Measure down middle.

Measure down right side.

Check bottom for level.

Check top for level.

Check left side for plumb.

Check right side for plumb.

Give me the info for all the above and we should be able to help u

To get an idea of square and understand the differences in square other then just plumb. Lets use Pythagorean theorem to see how that plays out and tweak it a bit. It goes like this

The base roots here are

3, 4, 5, or 6, 8, 10,

3", 4", 5" or 30", 40", 50", or 3', 4, 5', or 30', 40', 50' and so on.

Same as for 6, 8. 10,

These numbers will make a "Perfect right angle" A perfect "square"
