Hi I'm trying to find a name of a Dog Cartoon that had 5 of them the leader being a St Bernard, another was a Greyhound. It came on in either the 80s or 90s, can't be quite sure, I've looked everywhere on line but can't seem to find the name. It's not Heathcliffe and Marmaduke, nor Fonzy, or Dogtaninan and the Three Muskahounds not even Lady and the Tramp and definitley not 101 Dalmatians.

It's so frustrating, would love to know the name of this Classic Cartoon, would gratefully appreciate if anyone can find the name of the for me.

5 Dogs, a Gang with the leader being a St Bernard

Hi altonwalker! Welcome to AMHD! :)

You could get better chances of getting answers by posting there:

I am not familiar with those cartoons though... or I've seen and don't remember

Hi, altonwalker!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

It can be a little confusing when first learning how to use this site! Your question will get noticed much more in this forum topic area.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

Thanks!

I don't know if this is it but, could it be (The Puppy's Great Adventure/The Puppy's Further Adventures)? It's the only ones I can think of.

I can only think of the movie all dogs go to heaven.
I can't remember any cartoons, but I'm trying to remember a cartoon from the 90's with a dog and it was he was kind of weird looking.

It's been over a year and a half since the
Question was posted, but you might want
To check Yoda89's suggestion

The Puppy's Adventures
The Puppy's Further Adventures

Petey the pup is separated from his boy and falls in with a group of strays. The pack takes him in as one of their own, but Petey never gives up his hope of finding his boy.
There was a series of Weekend specials involving Petey the pup and his world wide adventures, before the story was picked up as a series

-The Puppy Who Wanted a Boy-
-The Puppy's Great Adventures-
-The Puppy's Amazing Rescue-
-The Puppy Saves the Circus-

It was also shown as part of
The Scooby and Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulliImqWeOU)

If you ever found your answer I would very much appreciate the name of it cause its driving me crazy cause I remember the girl dog was a collie, one was a golden lab I think of course the leader was a st. bernard like you said one was a grayhound the fifth was a sheepdog, and the last who wasn't really part of the group they had him restrained in one of those jackets with a muzzle on I doubt that helps at all but its all I can remember

Golden Retriever
Female collie
With a sheepdog
Other breeds
A Doberman pincher
And a Siberian husky

Were the dogs superheroes?
I think you might be confusing the original
Poster's description with

Road Rovers

A scientific genius(Dr. Shepperd/a.k.a. The Master) gathers a team/pack of five faithful canines from around the world . From America Hunter-Golden Lab Retriever, from England Colleen(Collie),Russia Exile(Husky), Germany Blitz(Doberman), and from Switzerland, Shag(Sheepdog). The unofficial sixth member was Muzzle (Rottweiler?) who was always restrained due to his vicious temperament
The dogs aided him in his mission to stop the evil Gen. Parvo from taking over the world with a group of hulking mutated canines.
The good doctor (a.k.a The Master) used a machine that endowed the canines with human intelligence and superhuman abilities.
