I have two separate lines coming into my house. One line operates from two phone jacks and the other operates from two phone jacks. I need to switch one line with the other on two different jacks. The jacks are not the same as each other. How can I re-wire them from one line to the other.

Line 1 is usually Red and green, and is center 2 pins on phone jacks, if category rated wiring is used, then white/blue to green, and blue/white to red. And line 2 is the yellow and black, the 2 pins outside of the center 2 pins, if category wiring is used, then for line 2, white/orange to black, and orange/white to yellow. Anything like what you have?
