Take my word for it, no, power lines must be kept separate from any low voltage lines, for various reasons.

Start with Section 725.136 (A), which will refer to 800.133 (A) (1), where you will notice that power lines are not listed as being allowed, with but a few specific exceptions.

Plus, the effects of being too close to AC power lines, and power quality event can be induced into the data wiring, causing serious data issues.

6" is a good separation distance for parallel wires (low and high voltage) in non-metalic conduit or none at all.
