Hey All,

Okay, so I have a Honeywell T874 G 2004 that I am trying to replace with a Hunter 44860.

From my old Honeywell, here was the set up:

W2 - White
C - Blue
G - Green
R - Black
O - Orange
Y - Yellow

I'm running a2 stage heat pump. With the different variations of wiring set up tries, I can't even get the fan just to turn on. I've got the "HEAT PUMP" mode on, and the furnace to "ELECTRICAL" on the new one.

I currently have the Hunter set up this way:
OLD - NEW
W2 --- W2 - White
C ----- C - Blue
R ----- RC/R - Black (with red jumper to RH)
O ----- O - Orange
Y ----- Y1 - Yellow
G ----- G - Green

Absolutely nothing is happening. Any help at all would be appreciated.

To add fuel to the fire, I've not reconnected the old Honeywell, and now that one doesn't work. This morning, everything was fine, and now after fiddling, it appears the whole electrical system is dead for the a/c. All my breakers are good in the master breaker box.

Now I'm really confused.

Okay, I found my 5 amp fuse blown on the unit inside the house. So, I'm off to replace that, and turn in the Hunter for the Honeywell replacement.

I'll update if I need any more help.

Kind of funny, all this.. . Answering my own questions.

Bought the Honeywell, replaced the fuse, hooked the wires up, set the Honeywell to match my set up, and it's working fine. Sorry to take up electrons with this.

Thanks.
