Hi
I just want to start a topic regarding what were you eating before, your lifestyle, your age , nationality... myself, I remember eating lots of the following, jasmine rice, fatty food, take away foods, canned goods, condiments, ice creams, and ill list down some more as soon as I remember them. By the way I always skip breakfast since I was 20yrs old, or I only have 2 meals in a day, and I eat late for dinner. Or anything you can think of, your habit of eating food. And once there's a good number of feed backs, perhaps we can summarize I most people are doing the same thing, I hoped I am making sense here... or some info on which country have the highest cases of diagnosed t2 diabetes...

Sorry, my english writing is not really good, I think I didn't make myself clear... anyway all want is some input regarding what were you doing before you were diagnose with t2 diabetes... and to answer your question, I was eating lot of white boiled rice, glutinous rice, less exercise, always skipping breakfast, I am office worker who sits all day 9-5, only stand up if goes to mens room, break time. And I submitted a new question, same as this one... hoped this is more clearer

I don't have Type II. Do you? Does someone in your family. Type II does not always have to do with what you eat, it is also heredetary.
